File a statement

File a statement in response to a request for review filed by another/other interested party/parties.

You must complete all of the fields of the request form that are marked with an *.
If the request is being made by a representative, mark the box to that effect.
By providing your email address in the corresponding field, an email will be sent to you when your request is being processed.
If you do not know your file number, you must mark the box to that effect and provide the Cadastral Number or the Parcel, Polygon and Municipality information in their appropriate fields.
