Summons notification

TITLE OF PROCEDURE:

SUMMARY:

Citizens may access notifications made available by the Expropriation Jury and when they do so, they will be deemed to have been notified. To access these notifications, they have to sign the notification receipt details with their digital citizen certificate.

RESPONSIBLE BODY:

Provincial Juries for Compulsory Purchases by Regional State Office

PROCEDURE:

The notification receipt details must be signed.
Once the consultation has been viewed, you will be deemed to have been notified.
