You can download the forms that are used to apply to renew an immigration permit.

Employee work and residence permits: if you have not received a letter from the Ministry of Work informing you of the upcoming renewal of your permit at your normal place of residence, you can download it from this website.
All other immigration permits: you can access the completed application for the upcoming renewal.

Steps to follow:

Find a computer with a printer (you will need it to print the document) and internet access.
Go to Procedures to renew immigration permits.
Once you have printed the application, you must submit it through:
- The registry of any administrative office of the General Administration of the State of any Administration of any of the Autonomous Communities.
- A Post Office, in an open envelope and by certified mail, indicating in the postal address the Immigration Office that is processing your application.
Once your application has been registered by the corresponding immigration office, it will send you a notice by certified mail to your normal place of residence.

To use this service, you MUST have a NIE (Foreigner’s Identification Number.)
