Non-Working Day Calendar

Non-Working Day Calendar

In article 30.7 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, it is determined that the General Administration of the State will set, subject to the official work calendar and in its respective scope, the calendar of non-business days for the purposes of calculating deadlines. It is also established that said calendar must be published before the beginning of each year in the corresponding official gazette, as well as in other media that guarantee its general knowledge.

As a novelty, the aforementioned Law 39/2015, in its article 30.2, excludes Saturdays from the calculation of deadlines.

In the scope of the General State Administration, the calendar of non-working days is published by the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function, through the Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Public Function.

Accordingly, you can consult the calendar of non-working days approved for the year 2023 in the link below: Resolución de 1 de diciembre de 2022, de la Secretaría de Estado de Función Pública, por la que se establece a efectos de cómputo de plazos, el calendario de días inhábiles en el ámbito de la Administración General del Estado para el año 2023.
