ACCEDA - Citizen Access to Administration Records - is a modular platform that integrates three main components: an e-headquarters; a complete manager for the electronic processing of files that are initiated at headquarters; and a tool for its administration and configuration, which includes a content manager for the headquarters and its own form editor.
